A large painting done in watercolour and ink 2018. On the very low tides, the sand bar extends to Guthers Island, from which you can wade to most of the other islands, (except St Agnes, which is separated by deep water). An event, starting from here, running and wading between the islands, is now a regular island fixture. There was an old print on display in the museum which showed two horse drawn carts meeting on such a low tide between islands to transfer cargo, (one from St Marys, the other from St Martins.
Most of the islands were joined at one time in the distant past.
