This landscape was painted in watercolour with pastel and the full size print is about the same size as the original painting - approx 9 ¾ wide inches by 27 ¾ inches tall.You see towers of stones all over the islands. There is one rocky shore on St Agnes near the Troy Town Maze where there are always lots, including some very clever installations (I think that's the correct term!). The tower in front is a particularly good example. It is difficult to see how it stands. I also like the colours and textures of the stones with their orange, ochre, grey and pink hues. It was a very uncomfortable painting position though!
