Reykjavik accross Tjörnin (The Pond) Iceland (ink painting)
Reykjavik is the capital of Iceland and is located in south west Iceland on the coast of Faxa Bay. With a population of about 125,000 people, it is a small city but very charming. Tjörnin is a a freshwater lake right in the centre of the city and famed for the variety of water birds that live there or visit on migration. We rented a lovely little apartment with a balcony overlooking Tjörnin so Stephen had this fabulous scenery right on the doorstep!
